1. Verify the recipient's name, phone number, and Zip Cash App tag before initiating any transactions on Zip Cash App.


2. Clarify the purpose of the payment before proceeding with the transaction.


If you've made a payment and wish to request a refund, we suggest sending a payment request to the recipient for the return of the funds.
